Pink Lemonade (Non Alcoholic)

Ingredients

• 250ml Lemon juice
• 150g of Powdered Sugar
• 1 Litre of Water
• Mr Jeffares Irish Blackcurrant Cordial (to add colour and flavour)
• Lemon slices and Mint Sprigs

Method

Bring half of the litre of water to a boil and remove it from the heat once it begins to boil. Stir in sugar immediately. Place sugar water mixture in the fridge for one hour to cool. Combine the remaining ingredients with the sugar water and stir well. Serve chilled or with ice and garnish with sprigs of mint and lemon slices.
