Lady Irish Cocktail

Ingredients

• 70ml Irish Whiskey
• 15ml Mr Jeffares Irish Blackcurrant Cordial
• 10ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• Ice
• 1 tsp Pure Cane Sugar Syrup
• 50ml of Champagne (chilled)

Method

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the champagne and shake well. Strain the drink into a large chilled coupe glass and top with the champagne. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
