Apple of My Eye (Non Alcoholic)

Ingredients

  • 60ml Apple juice
  • 10ml Mr Jeffares Irish Blackcurrant Cordial
  • 30ml of Whipped Cream
  • 1 Glass of Crushed Ice

Method

Blend all ingredients together in a blender, serve in an old fashioned glass with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
